Agreement
This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Byvlo Inc. ("Byvlo", "Company", "we", "our") governing access to and use of the Byvlo website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
License
1. License grant
Subject to this Agreement, Byvlo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved to Byvlo.
Usage
2. Permitted use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
- Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services
- Use the Services to violate third-party rights
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
Third parties
3. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with or depend on third-party services, such as accounting, billing, or financial platforms. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms.
Byvlo does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, accuracy, or security.
Customer data
4. Customer data
You retain all rights to the data you submit into the Services ("Customer Data").
You grant Byvlo a limited right to access, process, and use Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services in accordance with the privacy policy.
Payments
5. Fees and payments
Some features of the Services may require payment of fees. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all payments are non-refundable.
Failure to pay amounts due may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.
